WE ARE HIRING: State Business Head – Assam & Northeast ​⚡ The Mission: GBGX is revolutionizing electric mobility, and we are embarking on a massive statewide expansion across Assam! We are looking for a high-octane leader to build and lead our two-tier district network from the ground up. ​The Opportunity ​As our State Business Head, you will own the end-to-end execution of a District Hub-and-Spoke Model across all 35 districts of Assam: ​District HQ Level: Build and manage Company-Owned, Company-Operated (COCO) 3S Hubs (Sales, Service, Spares) in every district headquarters to serve as technical anchors. ​Sub-District Level: Pitch, sign, and onboard local entrepreneurs to launch Franchise-Owned, Franchise-Operated (FOFO) 2S and S outlets across commercial blocks and sub-towns. ​What You Will Do ​Scale COCO Footprint: Lead real estate acquisition, team hiring, and operations for 35 District COCO 3S Hubs (Guwahati, Silchar, Dibrugarh, Jorhat, Nagaon, etc.). ​Drive FOFO Acquisition: Pitch GBGX business opportunities to investors/dealers to build a network of 100 sub-district FOFO outlets. ​Build Hub-and-Spoke Logistics: Ensure seamless supply chain flows where District COCO Hubs supply stock, battery infrastructure, and technical service support to surrounding FOFO units. ​P&L Ownership: Drive primary vehicle sales, spare parts distribution, service SLAs, and state profitability. ​Who We Are Looking For ​Experience: 12–18 years in Channel Sales, Dealer Network Development, or Regional Operations across Assam & Northeast India. ​Industry Background: Auto/EV OEMs (e.g., Ather, TVS, Hero Electric, Ampere) OR high-density distribution sectors (Telecom, FMCG, Building Materials, Durables). ​Skills: Deep understanding of Assam's district and sub-district geography, native fluency in Assamese and Hindi, and a proven track record of acquiring franchise partners. ​Location & Compensation ​ Location: Guwahati, Assam (State HQ) with travel across districts.
