Shift Lead OpportunityWe're looking for a reliable, motivated Shift Lead who can help run great shifts, lead the team, and deliver excellent customer service.Starting Pay: $16.00/hour + pooled tips after 30 days. Must be available for closing shifts and weekends.As a Shift Lead, You'll:Lead the team and keep shifts running smoothly.Assign tasks and help keep employees on track.Provide excellent customer service.Help prepare pizzas and other menu items.Handle cash and register responsibilities.Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and store standards.Complete opening/closing responsibilities.Step up and help wherever needed during busy periods.We're Looking For Someone Who:Is dependable, punctual, and responsible.Has a positive attitude and leads by example.Can work in a fast-paced environment.Communicates well with employees and customers.Is comfortable taking responsibility for a shift.Has restaurant or leadership experience preferred, but we'll train the right person.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step into restaurant leadership and grow with Marco's Pizza.Apply today and join our team!
