Senior Lead – Film & Motion Graphics

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Lead – Film & Motion Graphics who can bring together film editing, motion graphics, animation and visual storytelling to create high-impact AV content for events, brands and digital platforms.

You will own projects from concept to final output —translating creative ideas into compelling films, animations and motion-led visual experiences while working closely with our Creative, Design, Production and Marketing teams.

What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end film editing, motion graphics, animation and post-production for high-impact projects. Translate creative briefs and directorial concepts into strong visual narratives. Create films, show content, event visuals, brand films, animations and large-format LED content . Bring strong expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro and other relevant editing/motion tools. Work across 2 D/3 D animation, compositing, VFX, typography and visual effects . Collaborate with Creative, Art, Design, Production and Marketing teams to deliver sharp, timely outputs. Mentor the AV team and raise the creative and technical bar of the function. Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.

What We’re Looking For 8–12+ years of experience across film editing, motion graphics, animation or post-production. A strong portfolio/show reel demonstrating both film and motion graphics expertise . Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, editing, composition, pacing and design . Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro ; 3 D experience is a strong advantage. Someone who is conceptually strong, technically sharp and hands-on . Experience in events, advertising, entertainment, experiential or brand content is preferred. Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
