Role Description

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Meerut/Noida .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s professional schedule, communications and daily priorities
• Draft and manage professional emails, messages, correspondence
• Own the CEO’s calendar, priority briefs and action trackers
• Plan end-to-end business travel and manage itineraries
• Prepare client briefs, relationship calendars and stakeholder gestures
• Coordinate meetings, appointments and follow-ups with key stakeholders
• Be willing to travel as required for meetings, events and business engagements
• Manage client communication and support important business relationships
• Coordinate internal and external logistics across the CEO’s schedule
• Uphold strict confidentiality across all professional matters

What We are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably working directly with senior leadership
• Strong organisational and calendar-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients, stakeholders
• Strong follow-up skills with the ability to track commitments and ensure timely execution
• A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs and stay ahead of priorities
