Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client briefs, objectives, target audiences, budgets, and campaign requirements.
• Develop campaign strategies and influencer recommendations in collaboration with internal teams.
• Coordinate with influencer, creative, strategy, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end, from brief receipt and proposal to execution, reporting, and closure.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present campaign proposals, presentations, and performance reports to clients.
• Regularly communicate campaign progress, updates, challenges, and solutions to clients.
• Handle client feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth .
• Maintain strong knowledge of influencer trends, platforms, content formats, and industry developments.
• Track campaign performance and derive actionable insights for future campaigns.
• Work closely with the business development team to support pitches and convert opportunities into successful accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of client communication, campaigns, deliverables, and commercial details.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, influencer marketing, digital marketing, media, or advertising agencies .
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• Commercial understanding with the ability to identify account-growth opportunities.
• Good proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, and other presentation/reporting tools .
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
