Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Cyber Security Instructor for an on-site role at our Pimpri Chinchwad location. The instructor will plan and deliver engaging lessons on cybersecurity topics, including network security, ethical hacking, and risk management. Responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, conducting interactive training sessions, assessing student progress, and staying updated on the latest industry trends. The instructor will also mentor students to build their technical competence and provide guidance for career development in the cybersecurity field.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity fundamentals, including network security, ethical hacking, and security protocols.
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting security tools such as firewalls, anti-virus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to learners at varied skill levels.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Ethical Hacking, IT Security, or a related technical field.
• Experience with curriculum design, lesson planning, and training delivery in cybersecurity or a related technical field.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or similar qualifications.
• Knowledge of emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies to keep course content up to date.
• Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
