Role Description: This is a full-time on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Durg. The Chartered Accountant will handle Internal Audit. Including planning, execution, documentation, and reporting in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include managing income tax and GST compliance and filings, preparing and reviewing financial statements. The Chartered Accountant will collaborate with team members, interact with clients to understand their requirements, and contribute to process improvement and quality control across assignments. Qualifications Chartered Accountant qualification (CA) with valid membership; relevant post-qualification experience in audit, taxation, and compliance is preferred. Strong audit and assurance skills, including statutory, internal, and tax audit execution, documentation, and understanding of accounting standards. Proficiency in direct and indirect tax, especially Income Tax and GST, including return filing, assessments, and advisory. Hands-on experience in accounting and bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
