Position: Quality Engineering ManagerOnsite: Cincinnati, OH 45227Direct HireSalary: $120,000--$150,000/yr
Overview:Insight Global is hiring for a Quality Engineering Manager in Cincinnati, OH. This position will be responsible for leading all Quality Engineering and Quality Assurance activity within the manufacturing facility. This role will oversee the implementation and enforcement of quality control systems and processes within our organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring that products meet both internal standards and external regulatory requirements, maintaining high levels of quality and consistency across all operations. This position will also spearhead and lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure mobility systems meet specified standards as well as collaborate closely and proactively with Supplier Quality, Operations, Field Service, and Engineering.
Skillset:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, Quality or related field6+ years or more Quality Assurance / Quality Management role or equivalent experienceExperience meeting Quality Management System requirements - ISO 9001, AS9100Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
