Job Opening - MEP Engineer (CPWD Project)

Position: MEP Engineer

Project Location: Jammu

Project: CPWD Project

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience: 8+ Years

Job Responsibilities

Manage and supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works at the project site.

Ensure execution of MEP works as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and CPWD standards.

Coordinate with the client, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.

Prepare work schedules and monitor project progress to meet deadlines.

Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement activities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Attend client and project review meetings.

Resolve technical issues at the site and provide engineering support.

Requirements

B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP project execution.

Experience in CPWD/Government Building Projects will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and related MEP systems.

Good understanding of BOQ, drawings, specifications, and site execution.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
