We’re hiring a Vice President - Sales (B2B) for our client, one of India's leading AI-led B2B fintech companies. As the Vice President - Sales, your responsibilities would be: Owning the full revenue lifecycle, annual sales quotas, and quarterly commitments across the enterprise BFSI portfolio. Cultivating executive relationships with CXO buyers across Tier-1 Banks, NBFCs, and strategic financial institutions. Leading complex, multi-quarter enterprise sales cycles, including RFPs, POCs, and regulatory compliance reviews. Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performance enterprise sales organization to drive productivity and market growth. Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align GTM strategies in a rapidly evolving market landscape. Requirements
