Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Typist role based in Mira-Bhayandar. The Typist will be responsible for accurately typing and formatting documents, reports and certificates. Daily tasks include checking documents for errors, drafting letters and ensuring that all work meets formatting.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Typing skills (Both English & Marathi), and an efficient typing speed.
• Candidates should possess Skills, such as filing, record-keeping, document organization, and basic office procedures.
• Candidates should possess good Communication skills for understanding instructions, clarifying requirements, and coordinating with team members.
• Candidates should possess reliable Computer Literacy, including proficiency with word processing software, spreadsheets, email, and basic file management.
• Attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Previous experience in a typing, data entry, or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
