North West Local Authority is seeking an Interim Head of Capital Projects / Capital Projects Manager to lead a portfolio of council estates capital schemes. The role covers feasibility, business case through to procurement, construction and handover, with oversight of budgets, risks and external partners.The assignment is a 3-month rolling contract with hybrid working and a daily rate of £600-£700 inside IR35, DOE.
