Job Title: Mason – Block & Plaster

Key Responsibilities

• Lay concrete blocks, bricks, and other masonry materials as per drawings.
  
• Perform block work, brickwork, plastering, rendering, and cement finishing.
  
• Construct walls, partitions, foundations, and other masonry structures.
  
• Repair and maintain masonry, concrete, and plaster surfaces.
  
• Prepare mortar, cement mixtures, and other construction materials.
  
• Read and follow construction drawings and measurements.
  
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and finishing of work.
  
• Maintain masonry tools and equipment properly.
  
• Follow site safety rules and company procedures.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a Mason in construction projects.
  
• Strong experience in block work, brickwork, plastering, and rendering.
  
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and measurements.
  
• Knowledge of masonry tools and equipment.
  
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
  
• Basic English communication skills.
