General Manager / Deputy General Manager-Legal (Litigation)

We are looking for professionals with strong experience in areas such as commercial contracts, M&A, JV & collaboration transactions, corporate/legal advisory, litigation, civil & criminal matters, writs, consumer matters, land disputes, arbitration and medico-legal matters , depending on the role.

Candidates with relevant experience in healthcare, hospitals, or other regulated sectors will be preferred.

Litigation Lifecycle Management : Oversee civil, commercial, consumer, regulatory, arbitration, and criminal cases across various forums.

Counsel Coordination : Appoint, brief, and manage external counsels, senior advocates, and legal consultants.

Drafting and Review : Review legal notices, pleadings, written statements, affidavits, and appeals.

Risk Mitigation : Assess legal exposure and advise cross-functional business teams on operational risk.

Compliance Tracking : Maintain tracking dashboards and ensure adherence to court timelines and statutory directive.
