Multi-Family Estimator

Responsible for estimating type 3 and type 5 construction wood frame multi-story buildings. Responsible for preparing accurate estimates, reviewing project plans, and supporting the bidding process for multi-family and commercial projects. Estimators must be very detailed orientated, patient, and have experience estimating manually and / or with approved software (Planswift or similar).

QualificationsExperience in construction xzbcwsv estimating (multi-family/commercial preferred)Ability to read blueprints and specificationsStrong attention to detail and organizationProficient in estimating software (Planswift or similar) and Microsoft OfficeGood communication and time management skills
