Pro Coffee Gear is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own the strategy, performance, and evolution of paid acquisition. You will manage current Google and Meta agencies while mapping a path to bring paid media in-house as the business scales.

You will be the single owner of paid performance, accountable for results, agency direction, channel expansion, and long-term capability building, with remote-first collaboration across a global team.
