Key ResponsibilitiesProvide infrastructure operations support through incident response and service request fulfillmentMonitor enterprise infrastructure and respond to alerts to maintain availability and performanceBuild, configure, and deploy production servers in VMware environmentsAdminister Active Directory, including user and service account creationTroubleshoot and resolve issues across:Active DirectoryVMware virtualizationOperating system deploymentsSAN and enterprise xzbcwsv storage platformsCore networking (as needed)Perform infrastructure changes in accordance with operational and change-management standardsSupport backup administration and recovery processes
