We're Hiring: Social Media Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Chetpet, Chennai

Salary: ₹2–3 LPA

Experience: 0-2 Years

What you will do:

• Plan and execute social media strategies for client brands.
• Attend client shoots and actively contribute to content planning and execution on-site.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and video scripts.
• Manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and content creators.
• Stay on top of social media trends and identify content opportunities.
• Monitor content performance and optimize based on insights.
• Communicate with clients and ensure timely execution.

We are looking for someone:

• Understands Instagram, Facebook, and short-form content.
• Has excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Can think creatively and generate fresh content ideas.
• Is organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Can work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience with premiere pro, Photoshop
• Experience managing brand or creator social media accounts
• Educational background in Psychology or Literature
