Field Operations Superintendent - Industrial Construction / Roofing / Plant Maintenance

WEBCO Services LLC · Greater new orleans region, United States

Now Hiring: Field Operations Superintendent – Industrial & Commercial Construction (New Orleans area)

If you’d rather be in the field than behind a desk, this might be your spot. You’ll own day-to-day execution across multiple jobs – keeping crews productive, jobs supplied, and work moving safely and on schedule.

What you’ll do (in real life):

• Visit multiple industrial/commercial jobs daily
• Coordinate foremen, crews, subs, and vendors
• Plan upcoming work so crews aren’t waiting on materials or info
• Troubleshoot field issues before they become delays
• Support roofing, plant maintenance, and general construction scopes

You’re a fit if you:

• Have 5+ years commercial or industrial field experience
• Have managed multiple jobs or crews at the same time
• Know general construction means and methods (not just one trade)
• Communicate well with both crews and owners
• Have a valid driver’s license and can pass a drug/background check

What we offer:

• Pay based on experience
• Company truck + phone
• Health, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, bonus opportunity
• Stable, full-time work with a growing industrial contractor
