Job Description

• Manage and grow a portfolio of mass sellers on Daraz, focusing on seller onboarding, performance optimization, and long-term partnership development.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers, providing strategic guidance on product listing, pricing, promotions, inventory management and Products ads to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor seller KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment rate, cancellation rate, GMV growth) and implement targeted action plans to improve performance and compliance with platform policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and category teams to secure promotional support, resolve operational issues, and enhance seller experience on Daraz.
• Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and seller pain points to provide actionable feedback to internal stakeholders for platform and policy improvements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in account management, e-commerce operations, sales, or business development, preferably within marketplace environments.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce fundamentals, including online retail dynamics, digital marketing, and supply chain basics; prior experience with Daraz or similar platforms is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across diverse backgrounds.
• Proactive, data-driven mindset with proficiency in using Excel or dashboards to analyze seller performance and make informed decisions.
• High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving team environment.
