A fast-growing, privately owned real estate investment company is hiring a VP of Strategic Administration to join its executive leadership team and partner directly with the CEO.What you’ll do:Turn strategic priorities into clear initiatives with owners, milestones, and deadlinesLead cross-functional initiatives across Accounting, HR, IT, and LegalBuild and maintain a company-wide initiatives dashboard, and drive accountability and follow-throughCoach and develop department leaders, and strengthen communication across teamsProvide leadership and continuity for the team when the CEO is awayWhat we’re looking for:10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including oversight of multiple corporate functionsExperience partnering directly with a CEOA strong finance or accounting foundation and comfort with budgetsExperience in an entrepreneurial or privately owned companyReal xzbcwsv estate, property management, or construction background a plusA relational, strategic, low-ego leader who drives results through influence
