Role: Post Sales Project Manager

Department: Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Pune (Hadapsar, Magarpatta, Manjiri)

Role Summary:

Accountable for maintaining high level of customer satisfaction through customer management activities, will also be responsible for handling customer queries/complaints and retention.

1. Managing Client Relations during post sale stage

2. Managing customer expectations.

3. Responsible for addressing customer queries, concerns, suggestions, close loops with multiple departments, functions, areas until it is resolved

4. Update all necessary systems, trackers, and customer history details for seamless management at all times.

5. Ensuring complete accuracy and quality of letters, emails, any other correspondence sent to customers.

Preferred Profile:

1. Graduate with 2 plus years of experience in customer centric role. Post-graduate preferred.

2. Good academic profile throughout his/her career
