Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.Job Description• Lead daily assembly operations while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals are achieved.• Promote a strong safety culture through active floor presence, employee coaching, and consistent enforcement of EHS policies and procedures.• Conduct safety observations, workplace inspections, risk assessments, and ergonomic evaluations to identify and mitigate hazards.• Assist with incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and EHS reporting requirements.• Coordinate employee training, onboarding, and cross-training to ensure safe work practices and adherence to standardized procedures.• Monitor production performance and material flow, using visual management tools to communicate expectations and results.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean manufacturing, Kaizen activities, and employee involvement in problem-solving efforts.• Support compliance with company policies and applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations while fostering accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement.• Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications• 3+ years of experience in an industrial environment with a strong emphasis on safety and environmental compliance.• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.• Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, squat, and kneel while inspecting equipment, storage areas, and incident scenes.• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolding to access elevated work areas.• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.• Flexibility to work overtime and assigned shifts, including weekends, as business needs require.We HaveA dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every dayCommitment to strengthen communities where our employees live and workCore values that shape our culture and drive us to deliver the best for our employees and our customers. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
