About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is confident, target-driven, and passionate about sales and client acquisition. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, references, and other channels.
* Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
* Present our Digital Marketing & E-commerce services and explain suitable solutions.
* Conduct follow-ups and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
* Convert qualified leads into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Prepare and share proposals, packages, and service details with prospects.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
* Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
* Stay updated with digital marketing, e-commerce, and online business trends.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and convincing skills.
* Good command of English & Hindi.
* Sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on targets.
* Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, negotiations, and client meetings.
* Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, or similar platforms is a plus.
* Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
