Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a

Finance & Compliance Executive

to manage finance, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance activities for our manufacturing plant in Gujarat. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day

finance and accounting

activities for the plant. Handle

GST, TDS and other statutory compliances . Prepare and review

MIS reports, financial statements and reconciliations . Monitor

accounts payable, receivable, expenses and vendor payments . Support

monthly closing, budgeting and variance analysis . Ensure timely compliance with applicable

statutory and regulatory requirements . Coordinate with auditors and support

statutory, tax and internal audits . Maintain proper documentation and financial records. Work closely with plant operations and management on finance-related matters. Identify compliance gaps and ensure timely corrective actions. Requirements CA / CMA qualified

candidates preferred. 1–2 years of relevant experience , preferably in a manufacturing environment. Good knowledge of

GST, TDS, accounting and statutory compliance . Strong

Excel and MIS reporting

skills. Good analytical and communication skills. Willingness to work from a

manufacturing plant location in Gujarat .
