As a Business Development Representative, heres a big-picture view of what youll do:
- Build an Ecosystem: Identify and nurture high-value relationships with physicians, hospitals, and assisted living facilities.
- Strategist: Create and execute account development plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing referral streams.
- Present with Purpose: Conduct professional presentations to community leaders and healthcare organizations.
- Collaborate: Partner with our clinical and operational managers to ensure our service delivery matches your sales promises.
- Track Success: Manage your pipeline and reporting to stay on target for your growth goals.
A few must-haves for Business Development Representatives:
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven sales success (Healthcare or Home Health experience is a major advantage).
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent real-world experience).
- Industry Savvy: A solid understanding of home health standards, payers, and the local referral landscape.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a goal-oriented, self-driven, and the ability to manage your own territory independently.
