Role: Workday- System Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate new features and enhancements Work closely with stakeholders to identify, discuss and implement any feature enhancements needed to meet business requirements Support the ongoing maintenance of Workday, applying best practices Design configure and optimize Workday solutions, including business processes, workflows, calculated fields, role assignments Maintain system security and integrity Deliver high quality support to our end users and troubleshoot to resolve system issues Complete functional testing and resolve any known issues to ensure business continuity Contribute to the Workday Community and user groups Generate standard and custom reports and dashboards

Core Requirements:

2+ years of experience with Workday in an administrative role Strong Knowledge of HCM processes and Security Previous experience with ticketing systems, case management and troubleshooting Previous experience configuring business processes, tenant configuration, release management, security maintenance and other administrative duties within Workday. Ability to prioritize workload, work independently and part of a team Strong analytical skills Excellent communications skills- oral and written- with the ability to engage with business leaders, and end users. Desire and readiness to learn new tools, methods and concepts. Previous experience participating in Workday discovery and design sessions would be an asset Familiarity with multiple Workday modules is a plus Keen attention to detail Workday Certification would be an asset
