Travel operations associate

About the Role - At No Fixed Address (NFA), we create personalised and experience-led journeys across the globe. We are looking for a Travel Operations Associate to manage end-to-end travel operations, coordinate with global partners, and ensure seamless execution of client trips from booking to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute bespoke domestic and international travel itineraries.
Manage hotels, activities, transfers, flights, and travel logistics.
Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and suppliers worldwide.
Handle bookings through B2 B platforms.
Provide pre-departure assistance and on-trip support.
Resolve operational issues and ensure exceptional client experiences.
Maintain booking records, vouchers, and travel documentation.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in travel operations.
Strong destination knowledge and itinerary planning skills.
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for travel and attention to detail.
