Manager / sr. manager - operational excellence

Support the development and maintenance of MIS, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and management reports for business performance reviews. Analyse operational, financial, and functional data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support the Cost Excellence Program by tracking savings initiatives, monitoring benefit realization, validating data, and coordinating follow-up actions. Assist in monitoring and governing Operational Excellence, transformation, and continuous improvement projects across functions. Coordinate with Finance, SCM, Operations, Projects, IT, HR, and other stakeholders to gather data, track progress, and support implementation of improvement initiatives. Support process mapping, process performance measurement, and development of operational metrics. Prepare analytical insights, presentations, and reports for leadership reviews, management meetings, and decision-making forums. Track project milestones, benefits, risks, and action items to ensure effective program governance. Support deployment of Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement projects, and operational excellence methodologies through data analysis and project monitoring. Assist in identifying opportunities for digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled improvements across business processes. Coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to support the execution of strategic and operational improvement initiatives. Support capability-building, best-practice sharing, and initiatives that foster a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Analytics; MBA added advantage. 10 - 12 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Business Analytics, PMO, or Continuous Improvement roles (In Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or related process manufacturing industries). Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel; Minitab and data visualization tools added advantage. Lean Six Sigma- Black Belt certified. Strong analytical, coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
