Adecco Creative and Marketing partnered with an office electronics company to hire a Campaign Operations and Management Coordinator.

Location : Bridgewater, NJ

Schedule : Hybrid, T-Th onsite, 40 hours per week

Pay : $30-35/hr

Position Overview

The Coordinator, Campaign Operations & Management will support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional initiatives within the Customer Experience Center (CXC). This role will partner closely with the Campaign Strategy & Management team to turn approved campaign plans into organized, actionable workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and project activities for integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Track campaign progress and help ensure key deadlines and deliverables remain on schedule.
• Maintain project documentation and organize campaign-related information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution from planning through completion.
• Help translate campaign strategies into clear workstreams, tasks, and deliverables.
• Support day-to-day campaign operations and communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting marketing, project coordination, business operations, communications, or a related function.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to track projects and maintain organized documentation.

Fine print:

This is a W2 position temporary assignment.
