Company: Beverage Trade Network Location: Vadodara, Gujarat — On-site Shift: UK & US Shift | 5 Days a Week Experience: 1–3 Years About the Role:- Beverage Trade Network is one of the world's leading networks for beverage, wine, spirits and beer importers, distributors, producers and related companies. Beverage Trade Network is hiring for the Vadodara (India) office and is now looking for a Business Development Executive. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities through telesales in BTN's global markets, with a focus of USA, Europe and Australia calling. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Generate and qualify sales leads. Identify customer requirements and present suitable solutions. Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM. Requirements:- 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident and professional telephone communication. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Experience with CRM systems is preferred. Comfortable speaking with international customers. Wine and spirits industry knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
