Job Description Reporting to senior operations leadership, the Superintendent will be responsible for leading site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects Manage site safety, scheduling, quality control, and project execution Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders Drive project progress and proactively resolve field issues Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication with leadership teams Ensure adherence to contract documents, budgets, and construction schedules Represent the company professionally with clients, partners, and community stakeholders MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
