**Jolly Industrial Stores**, a sister concern of **Learning Lingos**, is a well-established business located in the heart of Delhi’s industrial trading hub at Chawri Bazaar. We specialize in providing quality industrial supplies and are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Accountant to manage our entire financial portfolio, including both business and individual accounts.
## **Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced **Accountant** who can take complete ownership of our end-to-end accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in **Tally** and **Zoho Books**, with strong expertise in managing sales/purchases, account reconciliations, financial projections, and analytical reporting. You will be responsible for handling all corporate entity accounts as well as individual/promoter accounts.
## **Key Responsibilities**
### **Core Accounting & Transactions**
* **Sales & Purchase Management:** Record, verify, and process daily sales invoices, purchase bills, debit/credit notes, and vouchers.
* **Multi-Platform Accounting:** Maintain accurate, up-to-date ledgers across **Tally** and **Zoho Books**.
* **Full Portfolio Management:** Independently manage complete accounting operations for both the business entity (Jolly Industrial Stores) and individual/proprietorship accounts.
### **Reconciliation & Analysis**
* **Account Reconciliations:** Perform regular bank reconciliations, debtor/creditor ledger reconciliations, and inventory reconciliations.
* **Data Analysis:** Analyze financial data to track cash flows, identify cost-saving opportunities, evaluate sales trends, and optimize operating expenses.
* **Financial Projections:** Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial projections, cash flow forecasts, and budget models to aid strategic business decisions.
### **Compliance & Reporting**
* Prepare monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
* Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants (CAs) for GST filing, TDS returns, audit requirements, and yearly income tax filings.
## **Candidate Profile & Qualifications**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field. Advanced degrees/certifications are a plus.
* **Experience:** 3+ years of hands-on experience in core accounting (preferably in industrial trading, wholesale, or retail setup).
* **Software Expertise (Mandatory):** High level of proficiency in **Tally (ERP 9 / Prime)** and **Zoho Books**.
* **Technical Skills:** Strong skills in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis tools).
* **Key Strengths:** High level of accuracy, confidentiality, strong analytical mindset, and ability to handle individual as well as company accounts seamlessly.
## **Working Conditions & Benefits**
* **Work Location:** Chawri Bazaar, Delhi (On-site role). timings 1030-7pm from Monday to Saturday
* **Salary:** Competitive, negotiable based on experience. Range will be 35,000-40,000 per month. TDS maybe applicable.
