Bforbranding is the parent organization behind ShortVids, ShortM, and ShortX, helping international businesses grow through content, performance marketing, and automation.

We're looking for someone who understands that great Meta Ads are built on great creatives, not just campaign settings.

As a Junior Meta Ads Specialist, you'll manage Meta ad accounts for both our agencies and clients. Your role will involve developing creative testing strategies, launching campaigns, optimizing performance, and helping clients scale through better advertising.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with agency experience who wants to grow into a senior performance marketing role.

• Manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns
• Develop creative testing plans and new ad ideas
• Work closely with editors and creative teams to improve ad performance
• Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns
• Analyze campaign metrics including CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, and ROAS
• Conduct competitor research and identify winning creative trends
• Review client accounts regularly and provide optimization recommendations
• Submit daily or weekly performance updates

• 1-3 years of Meta Ads experience
• Previous agency experience is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Good understanding of creative testing and performance marketing
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts

• Experience with UGC and creative strategy
• Understanding of Meta's latest AI and creative optimization features
• Knowledge of tracking, attribution, and analytics tools
