Senior Project Manager – HealthcareLondon | Leading Construction Consultancy | Major Healthcare ProjectsWe are working with one of the UK’s leading independent construction consultancies to appoint a Senior Project Manager into its specialist Healthcare team in London.This is an opportunity to work across major healthcare developments and complex fit-out and refurbishment projects, delivering technically challenging schemes within both new-build and live clinical environments.The team has an established track record across the healthcare sector, working on large hospital developments, specialist clinical facilities, critical care environments, diagnostic centres and major healthcare capital programmes.The RoleAs Senior Project Manager, you will take a leading role in the delivery of healthcare projects from early-stage design and procurement through construction, fit-out and handover.You will be responsible for:Leading major healthcare developments, fit-outs and refurbishment projectsManaging projects from inception through to completionActing as a key client contact throughout project deliveryManaging multidisciplinary design teams, consultants and contractorsLeading complex healthcare fit-out packages within highly serviced clinical environmentsManaging programme, risk, procurement, change and project reportingCoordinating technical, MEP and clinical requirements throughout design and constructionManaging works within live healthcare environments where operational continuity is criticalChairing client, design and contractor meetingsSupporting and mentoring junior Project Managers within the teamAbout YouHealthcare experience is essential for this position.We are looking for someone with:Strong Project Management experience within a recognised construction consultancySignificant experience delivering healthcare projects in the UKExperience working on large-scale hospital or healthcare developmentsStrong healthcare fit-out and refurbishment experienceExperience managing technically complex and highly serviced environmentsStrong understanding of the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through delivery and handoverConfidence working directly with healthcare clients, design teams and contractorsStrong knowledge of construction contracts and procurementMRICS, MCIOB or another relevant professional qualification would be advantageousWhy Join?This is a chance to join an established specialist Healthcare team with a significant pipeline of major projects.You will gain exposure to some of the UK’s most complex healthcare developments, combining large-scale capital projects with detailed clinical fit-out and refurbishment work.The role offers genuine cradle-to-grave project exposure, the opportunity to work closely with senior industry professionals and a clear route to continue progressing within a leading consultancy environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
