We are currently hiring for : PeopleSoft Application Security Analyst | Access Management & Security Operations for global healthcare and health insurance domain. Job Location is Pune.

Our esteemed client is looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Application Security Analyst to support enterprise-wide access management, application security, compliance, and ERP security operations

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer PeopleSoft application security across Financials & Supply Chain Management modules
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve security and access-related issues
• Monitor security structures, access controls, and application security logs
• Support user provisioning, role management, and access governance processes
• Participate in SOX compliance, audit assessments, and security reviews
• Conduct security testing for upgrades, patches, and new module implementations
• Collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure application access
• Create and maintain security documentation, procedures, and incident reports

Experience & Qualification:

Preferred Skills:

• Cognos Security Administration
• Coupa, BlackLine, or GHX Security Support
• Segregation of Duties (SoD) Analysis
• Audit & Compliance Support
• Security Certifications such as:
• CISA
• CISM
• CISSP
• COBIT

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience in Access Management and User Provisioning
• 2+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Financials & Supply Chain Management
• 2+ years of PeopleSoft Application Security Administration experience
• Strong understanding of security concepts including Least Privilege and Access Controls
• Experience with security troubleshooting and compliance support
• Working knowledge of SQL and MS Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Security Architecture, Roles, Permission Lists, and User Provisioning
• Experience supporting large enterprise applications
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex security issues
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working in compliance-driven environments
