Residential Counselor - Full Time/Part Time

Evolve Adolescent Behavioral Health is seeking passionate and enthusiastic Residential Counselors to join our Tarzana team at our 6-bed short-term t een residential treatment programs! Our Tarzana programs specialize in utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based treatment approach that helps teens build emotional regulation and coping skills. We work with adolescents ages 1217 who are struggling with mental health, substance use, and behavioral challenges. Residential Counselors provide supervision, support, and mentorship to teens during their 4560 day treatment stay while helping facilitate groups, activities, and daily routines. This role is both challenging and rewarding, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of teens and their families.
