Key Responsibilities

Resolve complex customer queries via live chat platforms. Maintain high accuracy and quick Turnaround Time (TAT). Deliver polished, professional solutions to international users.

Requirements

Education: Open to Undergraduates and Graduates. Language: Exceptional written English (grammar and tone). Flexibility: Must be comfortable with a 24/7 rotational shift schedule. Location: Currently residing in the Tricity area.
