Our client is a 60+ year-old global manufacturing organization specializing in monolithic refractory ceramics and precast shapes. With an international presence, the organisation focuses on quality, innovation, technical excellence, and exceptional customer service .

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst – SAP FICO Consultant to bridge the gap between business and IT teams by understanding business needs, defining requirements, improving processes, and supporting SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Identify business process improvement opportunities.
• Map business processes and translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria .
• Support SAP Discover, Build, Test, Deploy, and go-live activities.
• Identify and resolve business/system issues.
• Define and execute test cases.
• Prepare training documentation and conduct user training.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and implementation teams.
• Support SAP deployments and provide post-go-live/hypercare support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems , or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO .
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

✈️ Travel

• Initial 2-week onsite visit to Sanand .
• Potential 4–6 week visit to the USA for SAP configuration and knowledge transfer.
• Occasional international travel for training, localization, go-live, and hypercare support.
