Role Description The Civil Purchase Executive (Cement Construction) will manage end-to-end purchasing activities related to cement and other construction materials for projects in Pune City. This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating with suppliers, reviewing material requirements, preparing and processing purchase requests, and issuing purchase orders in line with project timelines and budgets. The role includes negotiating prices and contracts, tracking deliveries, maintaining accurate purchase records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. The Civil Purchase Executive will collaborate closely with project, site, and finance teams to support uninterrupted material supply and cost-effective procurement. Regular monitoring of inventory levels, vendor performance, and market rates will be key to achieving efficient and reliable purchase operations.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Purchase Management skills, including experience handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions for construction materials.
- Candidates should possess solid Procurement skills, with the ability to source vendors, negotiate terms, and manage supplier relationships in the cement and construction sector.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, and to prepare clear documentation and reports.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of civil/construction materials, basic understanding of project sites, and familiarity with inventory and cost control practices.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in construction or building materials procurement.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, use MS Office or ERP tools for purchase tracking, and maintain accurate records with attention to detail.
