Associate Sales Representative

About the Role
The Associa te Sales Representative role is designed for high-potential individuals who are looking to build a successful career in medical device sales. This developmental position provides hands-on field experience, structured training, and mentorship from experienced sales professionals, with the opportunity to progress into a territory-based sales role within approximately 24- 36 months .
In this role, you will partner with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to drive customer adoption, clinical education, and sales growth across the Renal Care Solutions (RCS) portfolio, including PTA balloons, dialysis catheters, and acute catheters. Through hands-on field experience and training, you will develop the clinical, business, and selling skills needed for a successful career in medical device sales.
A Day in the Life | Responsibilities
As an Associate Sales Representative, you will support sales activities and customer relationships throughout your assigned region by:
Partnering with Account Managers to develop and execute customer conversion and growth strategies.
Supporting sales growth by driving product adoption, customer conversions, and new business opportunities .
Building relationships with physicians, nurses, clinical staff, and key stakeholders through customer education, training, and clinical support activities
Assisting with territory coverage and account support as business needs require.
Managing order processing, pricing requests, cross-referencing activities, and other customer-facing administrative responsibilities.
Collaborating with internal partners and participating in training, sales meetings, and development opportunities to strengthen product and industry knowledge.
Develop ing expertis e in the RCS product portfolio, sales process, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Meeting or exceeding assigned sales and performance objectives .
Must Have
Bachelor’ s degree required.
Driver’s License
Ability to travel 80% of time with overnight stays as needed
Nice to Have
1+ y ear of sales, healthcare, marketing, or other customer-facing experience
Training and/or experience in marketing, sales and/or business strategy is a plus
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently after suitable training and direction given.
Proven track recor d of ach ievement through professional, academic, athletic, military, or leadership experiences.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment .
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary : $60,000
Variable Compensation : In addition to ba se pay, this role is eligible for our Sales Incentive Plan, offering substantial rewards for strong performance.
