Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health is seeking an Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based OT treatments to help patients regain function after major illness or injury. Responsibilities include individualized care planning, ADL and mobility training, patient and family education, accurate documentation, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, PTs, and SLPs. You’ll support a patient-centered, team-oriented culture with opportunities for specialty training, leadership development, and career growth within a clinically advanced rehabilitation setting.
