Autocad draftsman

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed 2 D drawings and layouts for open plots projects.
Draft plotting layouts, road networks, drainage, and utility plans.
Modify and update drawings based on project requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, survey, and project teams.
Ensure drawings comply with DTCP/RERA/local authority guidelines.
Maintain drawing records and revisions properly.
Visit project sites if required for measurements and updates.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Auto CAD and drafting software.
Good knowledge of plotting layouts and land development drawings.
Understanding of DTCP approvals and basic civil drawings.
Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
Ability to work within deadlines.
Qualification
Diploma / ITI / B. Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
Certification in Auto CAD is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
4-8 Years experience in real estate or open plots projects.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
