Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dermatologist role based at Achilles Aesthetic Clinic in Pune. The Dermatologist will diagnose and manage a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions, including acne and other common dermatological disorders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, performing clinical and cosmetic procedures, prescribing treatments, and monitoring patient progress. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, providing pre- and post-treatment counseling, collaborating with clinic staff to ensure smooth operations, and adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards. The Dermatologist will contribute to patient education, participate in case discussions, and stay updated on advances in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.

Qualifications

• Solid clinical foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and treat a broad range of skin conditions.
• Expertise in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including common aesthetic procedures and non-surgical treatments.
• Specific experience in managing Acne and related skin concerns across different age groups.
• Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with specialization in Dermatology (MD/DNB or equivalent), with valid professional registration.
• Strong patient communication skills, including the ability to explain treatment options and manage expectations.
• Commitment to ethical practice, infection control standards, and evidence-based medicine.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinic team and manage a structured appointment schedule.
• Prior experience in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic setting in Pune or similar urban environment is an advantage.
