Designation : Associate Design Director: Product & AI Experiences

We don't need another designer. We need someone who can walk into ambiguity, find the real problem, create clarity, align people around a direction, and ship products that move businesses forward. We are looking for a product leader who understands that AI is changing how products are discovered, used, and experienced. Someone who can help clients move beyond screens and workflows to create intelligent, adaptive, and AI-native experiences. If your biggest strength is making beautiful screens, this role is probably not for you. Your Mission

You will lead some of the most important work inside the company. You will:

• Own product strategy and experience direction for large engagements.
• Turn ambiguous client problems into clear product opportunities.
• Work directly with founders, enterprise CXOs, designers, and engineers.
• Mentor teams and raise the quality of product thinking across the company.
• Help enterprises rethink products and experiences for an AI-native future.
• Shape intelligent experiences where AI enhances customer outcomes and business performance.
• Drive adoption, retention, and measurable business outcomes, not just design outputs.
