About the Role  

We are seeking an experienced and creative eLearning Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying engaging digital learning solutions. The ideal candidate must combine strong instructional design expertise with technical proficiency in authoring tools, multimedia production, and LMS integration to create impactful, accessible, and learner-centric training content.  

Key Responsibilities  

• Design and develop interactive eLearning courses, modules, and simulations using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Captivate, etc.  
• Create high-quality video-based learning content and screen recordings using AI-based video tools like Synthesia  
• Build and troubleshoot SCORM 1.2 / SCORM 2004 compliant packages for deployment across Learning Management Systems  
• Manage LMS integration and content publishing like Xyleme  
• Customize course interactivity and functionality using HTML5 and CSS  
• Design supporting visual assets, graphics, and templates using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva  
• Perform video and audio editing to enhance the overall learner experience  
• Ensure all eLearning content complies with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and best practices in accessible eLearning design  

Required Skills & Qualifications  

Experience: Minimum 7+ years in eLearning / instructional content development  

Authoring Tools  

• Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Camtasia, Synthesia  

Technical Skills  

• SCORM 1.2 / SCORM 2004 packaging and troubleshooting  
• LMS Integration (Workday, SCORM Cloud, or similar platforms)  
• Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS  

Design & Multimedia  

• Adobe InDesign, Photoshop  
• Canva  
• Video editing  
• Audio editing  

Accessibility & Compliance  

• WCAG 2.1 standards  
• Accessible eLearning design practices  

Preferred Qualifications  

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia, or related field  
• Certification in Instructional Design (e.g., ATD, CPLP) is an added advantage  

Soft Skills  

• Excellent written and visual communication skills  
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
