Area Service Manager – Large Appliances

We are looking for an experienced Area Service Manager to manage after-sales service operations for large appliance business. The role includes overseeing service partners, ensuring timely service delivery, resolving customer and trade escalations, monitoring service KPIs (TAT, First-Time Resolution, and Customer Satisfaction), and driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will train and support service engineers on technical and customer service skills, manage spare parts availability, reduce defective stock, and drive sales of accessories, consumables, and spare parts through the service network.

Requirements:

B.Tech/B.E. or MBA

• 4+ years of experience in large appliances, consumer durables, or home appliance service operations
• Strong technical knowledge, stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills
• Ability to manage service partners and achieve operational and revenue targets
