We‘re Hiring: Associate – Programme Coordinator | Bengaluru

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional learner experiences and managing academic operations in a fast-paced digital learning environment? We‘re looking for an Associate – Programme Coordinator to join a leading organization in the EdTech and higher education space.

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 1–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for learner queries via email, ticketing systems, and other support channels.
• Coordinate live online sessions, including scheduling, hosting, attendance tracking, recordings, and documentation.
• Work closely with faculty, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Maintain learner records, monitor engagement, and prepare weekly reports and dashboards.
• Manage course delivery activities on the Learning Management System (LMS), including content uploads, assignments, and quality checks.
• Support learner enrolment, record management, and lifecycle activities through the ERP system.
• Coordinate with content and production teams to ensure timely publication of learning resources.

Preferred Profile

• Bachelor‘s degree in any discipline. A postgraduate qualification in Management, Education, or a related field is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in Programme Coordination, Academic Operations, Learner Support, Student Success, or Education Administration.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (preferably Open edX) and ERP platforms is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
