Wage: $60,000-$75,000 Annual Salary Location: Milwaukee, WI

Our people make all the difference.We are seeking a motivated and technically capable Applications Engineer to support our customers across metrology, product demonstrations, and performance solutions. This role is responsible for building programs that meet customer objectives, providing hands-on technical support, and delivering training that helps customers get the most out of our products.The Applications Engineer partners closely with sales, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver technical solutions and product expertise to prospective and existing customers.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical problem solving, customer relationships, and hands-on training within a manufacturing and industrial environment.
What You'll DoDevelop programs and applications that meet customer specifications and objectivesProvide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and issue resolutionConfirm programs and applications work properly after maintenance and testingConduct product demonstrations that showcase technical features and processesPrepare operating instructions and lead training programs tailored to customer needsCommunicate product benefits for complex applications to customers and prospectsPartner with the sales team to recommend the right products for customer applicationsCollaborate with engineering and marketing on product development projectsMaintain positive, ongoing customer relationships
What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a similar environment preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to small groupsProficient with MS OfficeCreative, analytical, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamAbility xzbcwsv to travel up to 70%, domesticAbility to meet qualifications required to work with ITAR designated data
