Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven background in the pest control industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new commercial clients, building long-term business relationships, and achieving sales targets through proactive business development.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach new business opportunities in the commercial sector, including offices, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, educational institutions, factories, warehouses, malls, and other businesses. Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, and client meetings. Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements to recommend suitable pest management solutions. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and lead databases. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high professional standards. Represent Pestico professionally during meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
Candidate Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in pest control sales (mandatory). Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Strong knowledge of commercial sales and business development. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and database handling . Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
Preferred Skills Existing network within commercial establishments is an added advantage. Experience using CRM software or sales management tools. Ability to prepare sales reports and analyze customer data. Good organizational and time management skills.
